Motorbike rider killed in NSW Hunter crash

A motorcycle rider has been killed in a two-vehicle collision in the NSW Hunter Valley.
The 37-year-old man died at the scene of Wednesday's crash at the intersection of Putty Road and the Golden Highway, Mount Thornley.
The 65-year-old driver of the car was taken to Singleton Base hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.
