Missing NSW camper spotted at shops
AAP
The search for a man who went missing while on a camping trip in the NSW Hunter Valley has been called off after he was spotted numerous times, police say.
The 43-year-old left the Timor Caves Camping Ground near Murrurundi in the early hours of Saturday and failed to return, but he was spotted "at the shops" on Sunday, a police spokesman told AAP.
"There was a sighting, quite a reliable sighting yesterday," the spokesman said on Monday.
