A car, which police believe could be the key to finding slain Queensland mother Sabrina Bremer's killer, has been found.

Police appealed for help on Tuesday morning to find the white Camry sedan that Ms Bremer was driving in the Logan area, south of Brisbane, three days before her burning body was found beside a dirt road at Dulguigan in far northern NSW.

Her smouldering body was found on August 18 by a driver who initially thought it was a burning log.

Police said the Camry was found in Woodbridge, a suburb of Logan, after a tip off from the public just hours after investigators appealed for help.

Tweed Heads Superintendent Wayne Starling would not say if police had any new leads or suspects.

"We are conducting a number of inquiries and looking at numerous persons," he told reporters.

Meanwhile, police are awaiting the full results of a post-mortem examination to reveal how Ms Bremer died.

Police have also released CCTV footage of the 34-year-old leaving Logan Central Police Station on Monday.
