Men rob Sydney pub with rifles, tomahawk

Three hooded men armed with firearms and a tomahawk have held up a pub in Sydney's west.

The trio threatened staff at the Canley Vale Road hotel just before 4am on Thursday before fleeing with cash, police say.

A number of patrons were inside but no one was injured.
