Men released over NSW walking track body

Two men questioned by detectives after a body was found near a nudist beach in the Royal National Park, south of Sydney, have been released without charge.

The body of the 45-year-old man was discovered early on Tuesday morning on a walking track to Werrong Beach also known as Hell Hole Beach, near Otford.

Hours earlier police had received a triple-zero call about a fight at the isolated nudist beach, in the Royal National Park which is accessible by a two-kilometre walking track.

Police said two men from Fairfield in Sydney's west were questioned by detectives and the homicide squad on Tuesday.

However, they were released without charge overnight.

A police spokesman said investigations into the death are ongoing.
