Man's body found after fire engulfs home in NSW Northern Rivers region
A man's body has been discovered after a fire in the NSW Northern Rivers region this morning.
Emergency services were called to the home on Belvedere Drive in East Lismore after reports of a fire at 5.45am.
When police arrived at the scene, they found the front rooms fully engulfed in flames.

Firefighters tried to extinguish the blaze but the home sustained signficant damage.
The man is yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene has been set up and an investigation into the fire is under way.
