Man stuck by car in Sydney's west

A man is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a car in Sydney's west.
The 68-year-old pedestrian was struck at about 6pm on Thursday in Fairfield and suffered cuts to his head and bleeding on the brain.
The 43-year-old driver was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
