Man spends night outside alone after fall

A man badly injured when he fell down stairs at his property in Sydney's northwest has endured a night alone outside before he was found.

The 68-year-old suffered head, face and hip injuries in the fall at his North Richmond property at about 9.30pm on Saturday night.

He was found on Sunday morning by a neighbour and airlifted to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
