Man's body pulled from Sydney river

A man's body has been pulled from the water in Sydney's north after he was seen distressed on a dinghy.
The man was heading to shore at Hunters Hill about 1pm on Friday when the dinghy became inundated, NSW Ambulance said in a statement.
Police and marine officers pulled him from the water and paramedics attempted to revive him but he died at the scene.
