Man named in connection with stabbings

Police have released the name of a man they are seeking in connection with two stabbings in Sydney's west.

Officers found one man with a stab wound to his back and another with a wound to his leg after responding to calls at a licensed premises in Berala on Monday night.

Early on Wednesday morning, police said they wanted to speak to Sayed Musawi, 19, in connection with the attacks, and asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them.
