Man killed on western Sydney tollway

A man has been killed after being hit by a truck in Sydney's west.

The 21-year-old died at the scene after he was hit by a northbound semi-trailer on the M7 at Eastern Creek, about 100 metres north of Angus Creek, about 9.30pm on Monday, police said.

The driver of the truck was not injured and underwent mandatory blood and urine tests following the crash.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
