A 25-year-old man has suffered multiple injuries after allegedly being pushed down the stairs at Sydney's Town Hall railway station. (9NEWS)
A 25-year-old man has suffered upper-body injuries after he was allegedly assaulted at a Sydney train station overnight.
Emergency services were called to Town Hall railway station in the CBD just after 12.30am.

The man was found unconscious after allegedly being assaulted and pushed down the stairs.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene for neck and head injuries, and a possible fractured leg.
