Man found dead in Sydney's west

The death of a man from head injuries in Sydney's west is being treated as suspicious.

The man, believed to be aged in his 30s, was found on Wills Glen in St Clair about midday on Tuesday.

Police would not confirm reports the man fell and became trapped between a fence and a wall.

Ambulance paramedics assessed him but he could not be revived.
