Man found dead in car at Byron Bay Bluesfest campgrounds

Police are investigating after a man was found dead in his car at the campgrounds of the Byron Bay Bluesfest music festival.
The 43-year-old was found unconscious in his vehicle at the Tyagarah campsite yesterday afternoon, a NSW Police Force spokeswoman said.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 2.30pm, and paramedics performed CPR but were unable to revive him.

Officers from the Tweed Byron unit are investigating and a post-mortem will be conducted, police said.
They are not treating the death as suspicious.
