Man dies when car hits tree in Sydney

A 20-year-old man has died after his car veered off the road and crashed into a tree in Sydney's southwest in the early hours of Friday morning.

Police were called to Henry Lawson Drive in Milperra shortly after midnight where they found the car's only occupant, who died at the scene.

A crime scene was established and investigations into the incident are continuing.
