Man dies in Sydney balcony fall

A man has died after falling from a second-floor balcony on Sydney's North Shore.

Just before 8.15pm on Saturday emergency services were called to a unit complex on Milson Road in Cremorne to find a 31-year-old man on the ground with serious injuries.

He was treated at the scene by ambulance paramedics before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where he later died.

A crime scene has been set up and police have interviewed witnesses to determine how the man came to fall.
