Man dead after Sydney balcony fall

A man has died after he fell from a balcony in Sydney's south.

Emergency workers were called to a Cronulla unit block just after 10pm on Thursday after reports a man had fallen from the fifth-floor balcony.

A 64-year-old man's body was found on the ground, and police have set up a crime scene.
