Man charged with stabbing brother in NSW

A man is in a critical condition after allegedly being stabbed in the chest by his brother in NSW.
Police said the brothers, aged 30 and 24, were fighting at their Newcastle home on Wednesday morning when the younger man grabbed a steak knife and stabbed the other up to four times in the chest.
The 24-year-old has been refused bail and is expected to appear at Newcastle Local Court on Thursday, charged with malicious wounding.
