Man charged with murder of NSW baby

A man has been charged over the murder of a baby girl in Sydney.
The two-month-old girl suffered injuries to her head and body on November 13 and was taken to Liverpool Hospital but died four days later.
A 33-year-old Liverpool man was initially charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, causing grievous bodily harm to a person with intent and recklessly causing grievous bodily harm.

Child abuse squad detectives interviewed the man, who remains in police custody, again on Monday and charged him with the baby girl's murder.
He is expected to face Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday.
