Man charged over Sydney child assaults

A 59-year-old man accused of committing 15 historical sexual assaults against children has been arrested in Sydney's east.
Police will allege the man assaulted several boys, some younger than 10, on numerous occasions between 1987 and 1991 in Sydney's eastern beaches.
He was arrested in the area on Monday and charged with 15 child sexual abuse offences.

He has been refused bail to appear before Waverley Local Court on Tuesday.
