A man has been charged after he allegedly struck another man with his car in a Sydney car park.
On Monday afternoon the two men, who live in the same unit complex in Freshwater, had a heated argument in the complex's car park.
Police allege the 42-year-old man then got into his car and drove into the 51-year-old man, who then fell onto the bonnet and smashed the windscreen.
