Man charged after NSW road death

A man has been charged after a fatal crash in southwestern NSW.
Just before 7am last Tuesday, emergency services were called to Darlington Point near Griffith, following reports of a crash involving a motorcycle and a panel van.
The rider, 58-year-old Michael Kelton from Darlington Point, died at the scene.

Police on Friday charged the 70-year-old driver of the panel van with dangerous and negligent driving causing death.
He is due to appear in Griffith Local Court on December 3.
