Man attacked in Sydney home invasion

A man is recovering in hospital after being attacked by two men who forced their way into his home in southwest Sydney.

The men forced their way into the Ingleburn home just before 11pm on Tuesday while the 33-year-old man and a woman were inside, police say.

The pair fled with stolen property, leaving the man with lacerations to the back of his head.
