Jury to view locations for Rogerson trial
The jury in the murder trial of Roger Rogerson and Glen McNamara will be taken to view locations pertinent to the trial.
The pair have pleaded not guilty to murdering student Jamie Gao on May 20, 2014, but the crown case is that the two men shot the alleged drug dealer inside a Sydney storage unit, before stuffing his body into a surfboard bag and dumping it at sea.
Jurors were played CCTV footage on Wednesday taken at the Padstow Rent A Space shed 803 and on Thursday they will be taken to locations relevant to the trial.
The jury has heard Mr Gao went to the storage unit believing he would become rich from a "massive" drug deal.
His alleged role in the "massive deal" was to deliver a large quantity of methylamphetamine, or ice.
It is alleged McNamara and Rogerson took the drugs after shooting the young man.
