NSW BUDGET - WHAT'S IN:
* More than 170 new buses and extra bus services across Sydney, the Hunter and Central Coast: $1.5b
* Upgrades to roads in western Sydney and planning for three new Sydney motorways: $1b
* Upgrades to Concord and Campbelltown hospitals: $973m
* New hospital for Tweed Heads on the Queensland-NSW border: up to $534m
* Regional water infrastructure projects: $500m
* Expansion of the Art Gallery of NSW dubbed 'Sydney Modern': $244m
* Improve access to public transport: $200m
* Extra funding for pre-school fee relief program: $217m
* Palliative care services: $100m
* New Supermax jail to house hard core extremists: $47m over three years

* Stamp duty abolished for first home buyers on existing and new homes up to $650,000
* Stamp duty charged on lenders' mortgage insurance scrapped for first home buyers with limited deposits.
