Daniel Ibrahim has walked silently from Sydney Police Centre in Surry Hills after finally raising the $630,000 required for his bail.

The son of nightclub figure John Ibrahim didn't talk to media as he left the station on Friday evening, three days after he was arrested for allegedly helping transfer more than $2.25 million to buy smuggled tobacco.

He was wearing black jeans and a grey t-shirt and was quick to get into a waiting black four-wheel drive.

The 26-year-old tripped on a parking barrier before he climbed into the front passenger seat and was driven away.

Ibrahim, who also goes by the last name Taylor, is subject to strict bail conditions including that he reside with his mother in Sydney's eastern suburbs and not leave NSW.

Other members of the Ibrahim family were also arrested in Tuesday's raids, with police alleging they were part of a multimillion-dollar global crime syndicate that imported illegal drugs.
