Hunt for cyclists after Sydney stabbing

Police are searching for two pushbike riders after a man was stabbed in the stomach in Sydney's southwest.

Emergency services were called to a unit block at Punchbowl just after 5am on Friday to find a 37-year-old man with a stab wound to his abdomen, police say.

The wound is not considered life-threatening.

Two males were spotted leaving the scene on pushbikes.
