Hockey coach charged with grooming child

A western Sydney hockey coach has been charged with grooming a student for sexual activities.
The 25-year-old man from Campbelltown allegedly groomed the child, who is aged under 16, in June, while working as a hockey coach in the Campbelltown and Macarthur region, police said.
He has been granted conditional bail and will face Campbelltown Local Court in December.

Police have asked anyone with information about this incident or any others to come forward.
