Grave concerns for missing NSW woman
AAP
A young woman with a medical condition is missing in northern NSW.
Jessica Freer, 29, was last seen by her family at a car park at Sandy Bay, south of Woolgoolga, after going missing from her home in Boambee East earlier this month.
Ms Freer's disappearance is out of character and she suffers from a medical condition that requires treatment, police say.

Investigators have released an image of Ms Freer, who has black hair and a thin build, and is about 145cm tall.
