Girl injured in NSW boat accident

An 11-year-old girl has suffered serious injuries after she fell out of a boat on a river near Sydney.
The girl is believed to have hit her head and fallen into the water unconscious during the incident on the Hawkesbury River on Friday afternoon.
A boy, believed to be about the same age, brought the girl to shore where CareFlight paramedics treated her for head injuries and airlifted her to Westmead Hospital.
