- $100 million to boost the Parramatta River ferry service, $70 million for two extra daily express trains from Parramatta to Central Station during the morning peak hour period.

- $200 million for Wyong Hospital upgrades, $368 million to redevelop Gosford Hospital.

- First home buyers to pay stamp duty over five years, costing budget $60 million over four years.
