Fire engulfs two NSW homes, caravan

Fire has engulfed a two-storey home and a caravan on the New South Wales south coast before spreading to a neighbouring property, causing significant damage.

A crime scene has been established, while detectives and forensic officers conduct a full investigation at the scene on Jacob Drive at Sussex Inlet, police said.

Emergency services were called to the location about 2.15am on Tuesday.
