AAP
Police are appealing for help from the public, after an elderly man was seriously hurt while riding his bicycle in Sydney's west.
The 73-year-old man fell from his bike in Blacktown on Wednesday night, and taken to hospital in a serious condition.
A crime scene has been established, but police say there is no obvious damage to his bike or evidence another vehicle was involved.
