Drugs, NSW Police jacket seized in raids

Drugs worth up to $1 million have been seized by NSW Police after a three-month investigation into a Sydney syndicate.

Officers stormed a CBD hotel on Tuesday afternoon and arrested two men, aged 21 and 22, before also pouncing on a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old nearby.

The oldest man was taken to St Vincent's Hospital after he "ingested some drugs", police said.

He remains under police guard, while the youngest man was released without charge.

Raids were then carried out at Vaucluse, Surry Hills, Cabramatta and Wakeley where the drugs were discovered along with weapons.

Police say they found more than a kilogram of MDMA, two kilograms of ice, one litre of GHB, cocaine, heroin and a NSW Police reflective jacket.

Cash, a replica firearm, a sawn-off rifle and ammunition were also seized.

The men aged 19 and 21 will appear in Sydney's Central Local Court on Wednesday, each charged with supplying a large commercial quantity of drugs.

Police expect to make further arrests.
