Drugs, knives found on Sydney man

A man has been charged after police found drugs and knives in a car in Sydney.

The 27-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday night following a car search in Surry Hills where police allegedly found drugs, two knives and a credit card knife.

He's due to appear at Central Local Court on Thursday after being charged with supplying a prohibited drug, possessing a prohibited drug and two counts of custody of a knife in a public place.
