Chiropractor pleads not guilty to assault

A chiropractor accused of indecently assaulting a patient during a massage in a clinic in Sydney's north has pleaded not guilty.

James Ellis John Hopper allegedly assaulted the woman, 35, at a private practice at Chatswood in July.

Hopper, 36, pleaded not guilty at Hornsby Local Court on Wednesday and will remain on bail until his matter is mentioned before the same court on October 7.
