Boy survives Blue Mountains cliff fall

A 14-year-old boy has miraculously survived a 30 metre cliff plunge in the Blue Mountains.

The boy was in the bush with friends when he fell near Mount Solitary, just west of Katoomba.

The boy was airlifted to Randwick Children's Hospital three hours after he sustained non-life threatening injuries in the fall.
