A two-year-old boy has been pulled from a Sydney public pool suffering breathing difficulties after taking on water.
Emergency services were called to Manly's Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Aquatic Centre about 11.40am Thursday to treat the child, a NSW Ambulance spokesman said.
The boy was underwater for "a matter of seconds" but there are "some concerns" for his breathing, he said.
