Violent brawl caught on camera at Sydney shopping centre

A violent brawl erupted after two young women were approached by a security guard at a shopping centre in south-west Sydney yesterday.
Video footage showed the two women outside a Myer store in Bankstown approached by loss prevention officers.

In the footage, one of the people involved in the fight falls to the ground.
Police confirmed they were called to the shopping centre on North Terrace in Bankstown at about 1.20pm yesterday.
Officers were told two women allegedly stole from a business before assaulting a loss prevention officer.
Two women, aged 19 and 22, were arrested nearby.
They were both charged with assault in company.
The 22-year-old was also charged with larceny and possessing a restricted substance.
They will appear in court on July 30.
