ATM stolen from NSW club dumped 30km away

An ATM has been ripped from the wall of a western NSW club in an overnight heist and dumped at a garbage tip 30km away.

Police say the cash machine was torn from an inside wall of the Parkes club during a break and enter about 2.30am on Wednesday.

It was later found at a dumping ground in Gunningbland, about 30km west of Parkes.

A white ute was seen driving away from the club immediately after the break-in, say police.
