Armed robbery at Sydney pub

Two men armed with knives and wearing gloves and balaclavas have threatened staff at a western Sydney pub before escaping with cash.

The two men entered the premises at Toongabbie about 12.30am on Wednesday and demanded cash, police said.

Staff handed over a sum of money, before the men escaped and police and the Dog Unit conducted a search of the area, but were unable to find them.
