Additional charges over Sydney hotel death

A further firearm charge has been laid against a man charged with accessory to the murder of a 44-year-old man found dead inside a central Sydney hotel room last year.

Police have been investigating the alleged murder since the man's body was discovered at a Kent Street hotel on November 16.

The man, 31, is set to face Central Local Court on Wednesday on the additional charge of giving possession of a firearm to unauthorised person.
