AAP
Two young American women have faced court accused of trying to smuggle about a kilogram of methamphetamine into Sydney in a windsurfer board.
Crystal Coleman, 24, and Keasha Shearer, 25, were caught at Sydney International airport on Sunday morning, the Australian Federal Police allege.
Coleman did not apply for bail during a brief appearance at Central Local Court on Monday, but her lawyer Chris Watson said a bail application will likely be made at her next appearance on Wednesday.

Shearer will return to court on May 18.
