60ft boat burns on NSW lake

A large boat has gone up in flames on Lake Macquarie, in the NSW Hunter region, with one person sustaining minor injuries.

Firefighters and ambulances were called to the scene on Friday night, where the 60ft vessel was well alight on the large coastal lake.

Unconfirmed reports had one person suffering shock and minor injuries but they had not been burned.
