Proper warmth coming to NSW but first a few chilly nights

Despite the talk of unseasonable warmth, nights and mornings will be a bit on the chilly side this weekend with some frost likely west of the ranges.

A high pressure system moving in quickly behind a dry cold front will lead to the chilly nights and mornings under mostly clear skies.

A thick swag or a heated tray-top ute will come in handy to those camping out at the annual Louth Races. Louth, about 100 kilometres southwest of Bourke, will cool to about three degrees early each morning.
