Jack de Belin latest Dragon to be fined over illegal house party
Jack de Belin has become the 14th person to be fined over an illegal party held at Dragons veteran Paul Vaughan's home at the weekend.
The 30-year-old was issued a $1000 penalty infringement notice (PIN) today over the gathering in Shellharbour at the weekend.
De Belin has just returned to the NRL after sexual assault charges against him were dropped.

Up to a dozen players are believed to have attended Vaughan's party, including Corey Norman, Jack Bird, Zac Lomax, Matt Dufty, Kaide Ellis, Tyrell Fuimaono and Blake Laurie.
Earlier, NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Gary Worboys described the players breaching lockdown as an arrogant move.
Mr Worboys hit out at the breach on Today this morning, saying the "vast majority" of Sydneysiders had been following stay-at-home orders.
"I think it is just crazy," he said.
"It is crazy that they think, one, that they can do it, and two, that they can get away with it.
"I think there is a touch of arrogance about it.
"To their credit, they were cooperative with police when police finally went to the home and made those inquiries the next day."

The players are not expected to be hit with any further penalties from NSW Police.
But Mr Worboys implored anyone else involved in the house party to come forward.
"If there are others at the house - they are going to be found out," he said.
"So why don't they just come forward and we will tidy this up once and for all."

Mr Worboys said he has "no doubt" the NRL club and the governing body will also take further action.
The Dragons acknowledged the incident yesterday, describing it as a "breach" of both NSW Government and NRL rules.
"St George Illawarra are aware of a New South Wales state government stay-at-home order and NRL biosecurity breach involving a number of players," a club statement said.
"The Dragons will not make comment at this time, while the investigation into the matter with the NRL Integrity Unit and NSW Police continues."
