Body of NSW woman found in bushland

The body believed to be that of a woman missing from the Illawarra region has been found.
Officers have been searching for a 68-year-old woman, who was last seen on Wednesday 20 May.

About 10.45am today a woman's body was found in bushland on Bridge Avenue, Oak Flats.
While she is yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be that of the missing woman.
Initial inquiries suggest the death is not suspicious.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
