NSW police officer 'pepper-sprayed' colleague during fight

A police sergeant allegedly pepper-sprayed his colleague in the face during a fight at a station in southern New South Wales. 

It's alleged the 43-year-old was on duty when he attacked a senior constable with the OC spray on November 24 last year.

The officer has been issued a court attendance notice for assault.

He is due to appear before the Downing Centre Local Court next month.
