NSW constable charged over child rape

A NSW senior constable has been charged over the alleged rape of a child under 10 years old.
The officer, a male, was on Thursday scheduled to appear before Goulburn Local Court in June, charged with aggravated sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and assault occasioning actual bodily harm, police said.
The officer worked in the southern region.
