An L-plate driver flipped their vehicle in the carpark of the Victorian body in charge of roads.
Vision from Broadmeadows in Melbourne’s west shows a silver sedan with yellow learner plates resting on its side in the car park of VicRoads.

The incident happened just after 11am with firefighters needed to flip the car back the right way.
